Welcome to our online astrology platform (“Astro Mukti Online Astrology App Platform”). These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Astrologer”) and “Minfotech India ” regarding your participation as an astrologer on our platform.
By registering as an astrologer, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, you must not access or use the App as a service provider.
Eligibility
To become an astrologer on our platform, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age.
Have legal authority to work and offer services in your jurisdiction.
Possess relevant qualifications or experience in astrology.
Agree to undergo verification processes, if required by the Company.
Registration & Account
You must create a profile with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must not impersonate another person or astrologer.
The Company reserves the right to accept, reject, or terminate astrologer accounts without prior notice.
Services You Provide
You are expected to provide astrology-related services (e.g., horoscope readings, birth chart analysis, tarot reading, etc.) in a professional, ethical, and respectful manner.
All services must be based on astrological or spiritual knowledge and should not constitute medical, legal, or financial advice.
You are responsible for the quality, accuracy, and authenticity of your services and consultations.
Code of Conduct
You agree to:
Treat users with dignity and respect.
Not mislead or defraud users in any way.
Avoid making false claims about results or guarantees.
Not engage in harassment, abuse, or any discriminatory behavior.
Maintain user privacy and confidentiality at all times.
Violation of this code may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
Content Guidelines
Any written, audio, or video content you upload or share must be original or have the proper rights for use.
You may not post content that is obscene, defamatory, offensive, or harmful.
You grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display your content for promotional and operational purposes.
You agree not to infringe on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
Consultation Policies
Consultations may be conducted via chat, audio, or video as enabled on the App.
You must be punctual and present during booked sessions.
No private arrangements or transactions outside the platform are permitted with users introduced via the App.
All interactions must occur through the platform unless otherwise authorized.
Pricing and Payments
You may set your service fees within the range allowed by the Company.
The Company will deduct a platform commission before disbursing payments to your account.
Payments will be made via the approved payment gateway and subject to applicable taxes.
You are responsible for all income taxes or other statutory deductions as per local laws.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
You are expected to follow the App’s refund and cancellation policies.
If a user is dissatisfied or the service was not delivered, the Company may issue refunds at its discretion and deduct the amount from your earnings.
Repeated complaints or refund requests may result in your account being flagged or suspended.
Performance Monitoring
The Company reserves the right to monitor and assess your performance based on user ratings, reviews, response time, and complaint history.
Poor performance, fraud, or consistently low ratings may lead to warnings, training requirements, or account termination.
10. Confidentiality & Data Privacy
You agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any personal or sensitive data shared by users.
You shall not store, misuse, or share user data outside the platform.
The Company complies with data protection laws and expects you to do the same.
Non-Compete Clause
You shall not solicit users or redirect them to other platforms for personal gain.
You may not promote third-party services or advertisements during consultations or on your profile.
Breach of this clause may result in legal action and permanent deactivation of your account.
Intellectual Property
The App’s name, logo, software, and all related intellectual property belong to the Company.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written consent.
Any feedback or suggestions provided by you may be used by the Company without obligation or compensation.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes between you and users must be reported to the platform for resolution.
You agree to cooperate in resolving disputes amicably.
If necessary, the Company may make final decisions on disputes to maintain platform integrity.
Termination of Account
Your account may be terminated under the following conditions:
Violation of these Terms.
Fraudulent behavior, misuse, or misrepresentation.
Repeated poor service quality or user complaints.
Inactivity for an extended period, as defined by the Company.
You may also request account termination by providing written notice to the Company.
Modifications to the Terms
The Company reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Notice of changes will be provided via the App or your registered email. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Limitation of Liability
The Company is a facilitator and does not guarantee the accuracy or outcomes of any services rendered.
You agree to hold the Company harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your services or conduct.
